Cadnam Hall is a purpose built student hall in Harborne Birmingham. When complete, it will house 112 students in luxury double en suite rooms. Other facilities include high speed broadband, common room, laundry and on site office. It is 10 minutes walk from the University of Birmingham, situated in a quiet setting adjacent to the River Bourne.
Phase A is now complete and fully occupied for the academic year 14/15. The next phases will be completed over the following 3 years.
The Hall is owned and operated by the Duncan-Smith Group.
